State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP)
Unbiased Medicare and Related Insurance Assistance
The Tennessee State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) is part of a nationwide program that provides free and objective counseling and information about Medicare and related health-insurance issues.

Local SHIP counselors and volunteers are trained to help Medicare recipients and their families navigate their way through an overwhelming amount of benefits information.
​

SHIP counselors can meet with you in person or over the phone to explain the Medicare enrollment process and how it may relate to any current employer insurance you may have. CLICK HERE to learn more.
