Notice of Public Hearing:  Area Plan

The First Tennessee Development District (FTDD), Area Agency on Aging and Disability (AAAD), is accepting Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from qualified organizations interested in providing services to older adults and adults with disabilities for the contract period July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2030.

The First Tennessee Area Agency on Aging and Disability will hold a Public Hearing on the proposed 2027–2030 Area Plan on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. The hearing will take place in the Media Classroom of the Johnson City Senior Center at the Memorial Park Community Center, located at 510 Bert Street, Johnson City, Tenn.
